Account Manager

Qualifications:             

  • College degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Integrated Marketing Communication or its equivalent.
  • Could be fresh graduates or with one to two years’ experience in sales preferably in the media and advertising industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Thorough understanding of product features and value propositions
  • Understands the media buying process (could be in-house training)
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements
  • Self-confident, team player, pleasing personality

Job Description:

  • Handles full-cycle account management.
  • Achieves sales targets by identifying and meeting clients to present the approved proposals and facilitating networks and sales closures
  • Under the direction of the supervisor, negotiates the terms of agreement with the clients taking into account important factors like rates and packages
  • Prepares and finalizes contracts or contract renewals and follow up on payments
  • Maintains effective working relationships with clients and potential customers through visitations and follow through on clients requests
  • Coordinates digital television monitor installations and media sales
  • Coordinates and submits sales monitoring reports and other documents needed in the discharge of duties and responsibilities
  • Gathers and submits reports, data and information on competitors’ programs and packages

Senior Account Manager

Site Acquisition Associate

Qualifications:             

  • Education/ Certification: Male/Female, Bachelor’s or College Degree in any business related course.
  • Required Knowledge: Preferably with basic knowledge in media and advertising agency. Adept on Microsoft applications. Willing to do field work.
  • Experience Required: At least 1 year working experience in the same field.
  • Functional Competencies: With good communication skills with clients and building owners and administration.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Good moral character, team player, and hardworking. Have the sense of urgency and can do multi-tasks.

Job Description:

  • Performs all the administrative tasks of the Site Acquisition Unit.

  • Handles required communication with the building owners, administrators and property managers.

  • Coordinates with other department with regards to documentation, installation and maintenance.

  • Assists the immediate superior in following up proposals and other contracts for renewal.

  • Updates the monitoring status of the ongoing site acquisition.

  • Assists the Acquisition Unit on filing of forms and slips and other permits needed for both external and internal purposes.

  • Participates in the department activities.
